RockLab's electronic

We've finished the Rocklab's electronic!the two pieces to hold the electronic in the rocket'structure are aluminum, our teacher of the mechanical department helped us!

New gas generator prototype






Here is gas generator which increases the pressure inside the parachute's bay in order to open it and deploy the parachute. 


Is made of aluminium and it's weigh is 26g. It is not already finish, we have to do some more holes, in order to direct the exhaust gases and not burn the wall. 



Now we have to perform all the tests needed to check the perfect working of this part.

Printed Circuit Board done!

Here you can see one of the Printed Circuit Board's (PCB) done. This is the main PCB were is going to be attached the Mbed and the other sensors and subsytems.

  • Preparing the PCB transparency

  • Removing the varnish


  • Removing the copper with acid

We are using the Mbed microcontroller as the main device of our avionics, it controls all the sensors and the other devices.
